About the Journal

Contemporary Islamic Law and Legal Issue, e-ISSN: xxxx-xxxx is a double blind peer-reviewed journal published by Presscience. This journal is published twice a year, April and October.

Contemporary Islamic Law and Legal Issues targets an international readership, including academic researchers, legal practitioners, students of Islamic studies and law, policymakers, and individuals interested in the evolving relationship between Islamic law and contemporary society.

Contemporary Islamic Law and Legal Issues encourages original research articles, case studies, book reviews, and commentaries that contribute to a deeper understanding of how Islamic law intersects with pressing legal, social, and political issues of the 21st century. Submissions should demonstrate methodological rigor, whether through doctrinal analysis, empirical research, or interdisciplinary approaches, and are expected to engage with both historical foundations and forward-looking solutions.
